UK delivery
Free UK delivery on orders over £75. Orders under £75 are £5.99.
We send UK orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive 2–3 working days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
US delivery
We deliver to the United States for a flat £20 per order.
We send US orders with Royal Mail International Tracked. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive 5–10 working days after that. Any US import duties are shown and paid at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.
We currently deliver to the UK and the US only.
Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items need to be unworn and unused, with the tags on and in their original packaging, and you'll need your proof of purchase.
To start a return, get in touch. Once we've accepted it, we'll send you a returns label and instructions. Anything sent back without a return being agreed first can't be accepted.
Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
Damaged or wrong item?
Check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, and we'll put it right.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
